The scaffold is finally coming down on site to reveal the new curtain walling and flat to pitched roof conversion. On this project we are providing post contract Quantity Surveying services to a blue chip Main Contractor.

The scope of the project includes the redevelopment of car parking, extension to retail areas, full refurbishment of the flats, flat to pitched roof conversion, replacement of all windows, canopies and curtain walling and the installation of high quality hard and soft landscaping. All whilst the Retailers remain open!
